Request deletion

1. Disconnect the relevant Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or other integration where that option is available.
2. Email adi@shmerk.in with the subject SonicCreation Data Deletion Request.
3. Include the account email, Workspace or Brand name if known, affected platform or account, and the information you want deleted.
4. Complete any identity or account-control verification reasonably required to protect the account and its data.

What the request may cover

Depending on your authorization and the technical scope of the request, deletion may cover your authentication profile, integration references, platform identifiers, uploaded content, schedules, logs, and related Workspace data.

Information that may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or immutable audit requirements. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete information held independently by the connected platform; its own deletion tools and policies also apply.

Confirmation

You will receive confirmation when the request has been reviewed or completed. The time required depends on verification, scope, technical dependencies, and any information that must be retained.
