Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how SonicCreation / Cloud Content OS collects and processes information when approved operators use the service. Third-party platforms and services also process information under their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

• Google authentication information, such as your name, email address, account identifier, and Workspace membership.
• Social Profile, Page, Instagram account, advertising-account, campaign, ad, permission, and performance information you authorize through Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or similar integrations.
• Uploaded media, captions, schedules, Brand configuration, provider events, operational records, audit history, and support communications.
• Browser, device, cookie, diagnostic, security, and usage information generated when you use the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate approved operators, connect authorized accounts, create and manage content and advertising, schedule and publish content, report performance, protect the service, troubleshoot problems, maintain audit history, and improve service reliability and usability.

Service providers and connected platforms

We use service providers including Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, and Google to host, secure, authenticate, store, and operate the service. When you authorize Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or another platform, information may be exchanged with that platform to provide the requested connection or operation. These providers and platforms process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Listing them does not imply endorsement.

Retention and security

We retain information for operational need, contractual requirements, security, dispute resolution, and applicable law. Retention varies by the information and why it is held. We use access controls, authentication, workspace isolation, audit records, secret stores, and other reasonable safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.

International processing

SonicCreation and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy and data-protection rules may differ between those locations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also disconnect supported integrations through the connected platform or service. See the Data Deletion page for the request process.

Children’s privacy

The service is intended for approved business operators and is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.

Changes and contact
