Terms of Service
Effective August 1, 2026
Access and accounts
SonicCreation / Cloud Content OS is available only to approved operators. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure, using only your own authorized access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Access may require an active Workspace membership.
Connected accounts and authorized use
You may connect or operate only social, advertising, and other third-party accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your content, captions, schedules, campaigns, permissions, intellectual-property rights, advertising compliance, and compliance with each connected platform’s rules.
Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Upload or publish content without the necessary rights, consent, or authorization.
- Share credentials, impersonate another person, or circumvent access controls.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or connected systems.
Third-party platforms
The service depends on third-party platforms and providers. Their APIs, permissions, policies, features, and availability may change or stop without notice. SonicCreation does not control those services and is not responsible for their independent acts or availability.
Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with platform or legal requirements, address misuse, or operate the service. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms or when authorization ends.
Ownership and content
SonicCreation retains rights in the service, software, interface, and related materials. You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant the limited rights needed to store, process, transform, schedule, publish, and otherwise handle that content at your direction.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, platform acceptance, or specific business results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SonicCreation is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service or third-party platforms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions can be sent to adi@shmerk.in.
